Briars Inn is a historic property that was transformed into a hospitality destination in the Southern Highlands, featuring a charming pub, restaurant, and sprawling estate.

The Brief

Briars Inn wasn’t just looking for more content; it was looking for the right kind of content. Content that could capture the atmosphere, energy and character of the venue, and present it in a way that felt relevant and refined to their social media audiences. The team needed support in bringing their story to life through visuals and turning social media from a maintenance task into a growth opportunity.

Our Response

We kicked off with the creation of a versatile content library, shooting photography and short-form video that reflected every element of the venue.

Our reels strategy focused on creating highly watchable, visually rich snippets that highlighted different facets of the venue: behind-the-scenes kitchen moments, the menu, drinks from the bar, scenic walk-throughs, and guest experiences. Each reel was designed to be fast-moving, engaging, and full of the charm of Briars.

Using the content captured, we also managed their social media channels, giving Briars Inn a consistent and curated presence across Instagram and Facebook. This included content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and graphic design, ensuring the venue stayed front-of-mind for locals and travellers alike.

Our focus was on authenticity and atmosphere, showcasing real experiences, not over-stylised moments, so that each piece of content we put out felt true to the Briars' brand.
