The Berry Tea Shop is a beloved destination in the heart of Berry, NSW. Equal parts retail space, café and haven for tea lovers.

The Challenge

The Berry Tea Shop had an established and loyal customer base, particularly within its regional location. But as online sales and national visibility became more important, the business needed a comprehensive digital strategy to maintain growth, nurture its community, and drive both online and in-store visitation. The key was to deliver consistency and personality across all channels, without losing the heart of what made the business special.

Our Approach

Our partnership with The Berry Tea Shop is built on a retained, collaborative model, with VUE Studio supporting the brand across key digital touch points on an ongoing basis.

We managed email marketing via Klaviyo, creating campaigns that blended seasonal storytelling with product highlights and promotional messaging. From launch emails and gift guides to automated email series, so that every touchpoint reflects the tone of the brand: thoughtful, friendly and inviting.

Our team oversaw paid advertising across Meta and Google Search, designing performance-driven campaigns that respond to seasonal moments, new product releases and high-converting audience segments. These ads not only support eCommerce but also drove awareness of the shop’s physical presence in Berry.

We also looked after the brand’s organic social media channels, curating Instagram and Facebook content schedules, product stories, behind-the-scenes moments, tea rituals, and more. Visuals and captions were tailored to reflect the brand’s calm, cosy and curated aesthetic.

Content plays a big role in bringing it all together. We produced regular photography and short-form video, used across social, email, and advertising, keeping the visual identity fresh while still linking back to the core DNA of the brand.

Finally, we provided website support and management, ensuring that product launches, content updates and seasonal transitions were handled smoothly, and that the eCommerce experience remains high-performing and on-brand.
